You’ll get an email from Strata when your data is ready for you to start using the platform. This takes about a week.

Do you have any other email accounts that you use to keep in touch with work contacts? The more email accounts you connect to Strata, the better your recommendations will be.
Once you’ve added all the email accounts that you use for work, you’re all set. Look out for an email from Strata.
If you’re using Gmail, move emails from Strata from your Promotions folder to your Primary folder, and mark as important as shown below so that you get your recommendations.
If you haven’t seen any emails from Strata in your inbox, check your spam folder, and mark the email as not spam.
